All bow to the Neti Pot

I have a cold.  Yuck.

Thank God for the neti pot!!!!  My dogwalker actually introduced me to the neti pot.  He's a kiwi.  I thought he was out of his mind the first time he showed me the pot.

Then I realized it would probably be really easy for me.  When I vomit, it comes out my NOSE and my mouth.

EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW.

So there's a well developed passageway there.  Anyway, the last cold I had I used the neti pot. I SWEAR it cut my cold time in 1/2.  It was awesome.  Amazing.  Getting all that gook out and no sinus infection, which is what I usually develop when I get a cold.

I wish I could do it all day!

LOL I gotta say it looks kinda gross... haha I love that the woman in the video has the exact same expression throughout. How long does it take to get used to the feeling of water running in your nose? lol

hahah.. also... I just realized it could appropriately be called the Snot Pot, and that'd rhyme.... hahahah

hahahah at first it feels like when you're swimming and you get water up your nose. So long as you get the salt/water concentration right, it doesn't feel like anything at all. I usually mess it up a little bit, but it's not uncomfortable at all.

Snot pot. Hee hee. I love it.
